I have known Chris for years through Wi Self Storage. He helped me price a site that I wanted to sell on my own. I planned to sell the remaining 2 sites through him, but separately. He convinced me to sell them together. Best advice he gave me! If I hadn’t done that, I’d still be working on the last one.  Now they are sold and I’m ‘free’ sooner than I would have been. Chris also made an easy to use spreadsheet so everyone knew what the renter status was. We pushed closing out a couple of months so I could get the 2nd site cleaned up and ready for sale.
